Zumper’s National Rent Report for October ’21
Rental information site Zumper recently released their latest monthly National Rent Report showing that their median national rent for 1-bedroom apartments in October, 2021 was up 11.8% and the median two-bedroom rent was up 14.3%, since March, 2020.
