Zumper’s National Rent Report for July ’22
Rental information site Zumper recently released their latest monthly National Rent Report showing that their median national rent for 1-bedroom apartments in July, 2022 was $ 1,450 (up 2% from June) and the median two-bedroom rent was $ 1,750 (up 2% from June). Be sure to check out their list of the top 100 metro areas.
“Rent prices will keep climbing across much of the country, but the stratospheric price hikes we saw throughout much of the pandemic will likely slow as consumers continue to tighten their wallets.” Said Zumper CEO Anthemos Georgiades.
