Yardi Says Multifamily Rents Remained Strong in June
According to the latest Yardi Matrix Multifamily Report, the average U.S. multifamily rents in June increased $ 19 to another all-time high of $ 1,706 (up 13.7% year-over-year). Yardi says the multifamily market continues to perform at extremely high levels…Indeed.
“While the U.S. economy will probably show contraction again for the second quarter, multifamily is still poised for strong growth this year. Household formation is expected to increase steadily, even as migration is showing signs of slowing.”
