Consumer Price Index Up 0.4% in December The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics is reporting that the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) was 0.4% in December.  Over the last 12 months, the all items index increased 1.4% before seasonal adjustment. S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Index Up 8.4%

S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Index Up 8.4% According to the latest S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Indices, covering all nine U.S. census divisions, the rate of home price increases reported a 8.4% annual gain in October, 2020.  Their 10-City Composite annual increase came in at 7.5% and the 20-City Composite posted a 7.9% year-over-year gain.  The S&P CoreLogic
