Mid Year 2022 Propy Update

In these times of uncertainty and shifting real estate and crypto markets, we are proud to report on our progress and to start July on a strong trajectory.
As you know, Propy is all about moving forward despite headwinds, therefore we continue on a number of new initiatives as we educate real estate professionals and consumers on the important applications of blockchain technology as infrastructure for the housing industry.
A few important highlights for Propy’s Mid-year 2022
– Propy launched Propy Title and Escrow! You have trusted us to process the full cycle of closing on Propy for 51 deals seamlessly and securely on blockchain.
– 11 new people joined our team, including C-level hires, Customer Success, Sales team members and software Engineers (and counting!)
– $ 4 billion processed on our transaction platform. WOW! This wouldn’t have been possible without you!
– Over 300 transactions were done on Propy’s blockchain registry with Deed NFTs and 3 properties minted as Instant NFTs. Here’s the latest ongoing sale, details HERE
– The Propy platform is becoming more powerful with close to instant earnest money deposit payment for dollar payments, with legal forms introduced in multiple states, for crypto payments – with the ability to buy properties as NFTs instantly via your wallet.
– The Propy PRO token has been listed on Coinbase and is being actively used on the platform as a utility token in the recording of deeds on chain, in NFT transactions, as well as an incentive in the Learn & Earn, and Transact & Earn Programs
– 233,000 unique users visited propy.com
– The Propy community is growing! We have 100k supporters now, consisting of
70k consumers and 30k real estate agents
– 1,795 buyers reached out to Propy to find a home or a real estate agent in 2022 so far!
– 965 sellers asked Propy to sell their property in 2022 so far!
– 3,117 real estate agents are actively using our platform to manage traditional offers and facilitate traditional and crypto transactions and share progress of their deals with all parties: sellers, buyers, and escrow officers

– Propy organized its first national Real Estate Summit in Miami! We had attendees and speakers come from all over the country and highlighted speakers like the Mayor of Miami, Francis Suarez and a top Real Estate Coach,Tom Ferry. Join us for the next one in October, again in Miami
